# Components:

01 - 7 oz crumbled feta cheese
02 - 3.5 oz full-fat Greek yogurt
03 - 2 tbsp softened cream cheese (optional)

→ Seasonings & Aromatics

04 - 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil, plus additional for drizzling
05 - 1 tsp dried oregano
06 - ½ tsp dried thyme
07 - ½ tsp dried dill
08 - ¼ tsp garlic powder
09 - ¼ tsp onion powder
10 - Pinch black pepper

→ Garnish

11 - 1 tsp lemon zest
12 - 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley or dill
13 - Crushed red pepper flakes (optional)

→ To Serve

14 - Pita chips, fresh vegetables, crackers, or warm pita bread

# Directions:

01 - Place feta cheese, Greek yogurt, cream cheese if using, olive oil, dried oregano, thyme, dill, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper into a food processor or high-powered blender.
02 - Process for 1 to 2 minutes, scraping down the sides as needed, until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
03 - Taste and modify seasoning to preference if necessary.
04 - Transfer whipped feta to a serving bowl, drizzle with extra olive oil, and sprinkle with lemon zest, fresh herbs, and optional crushed red pepper flakes.
05 - Serve immediately with pita chips, fresh vegetables, crackers, or warm pita bread.
