01 -  In a small bowl or pitcher, whisk together tahini, maple syrup or honey, vanilla extract, and sea salt until smooth and fully incorporated. 
 02 -  Fill two tall glasses evenly with ice cubes. 
 03 -  Divide the cold brew coffee between the prepared glasses. 
 04 -  Add the tahini mixture to each glass and stir thoroughly until the drink is well blended. 
 05 -  Top each glass with plant-based milk and stir gently for a creamy finish. 
 06 -  Taste and adjust sweetness as preferred. Serve immediately.
