# Components:

→ Snack Bar Base

01 - 2 cups rolled oats
02 - 1/2 cup almond butter or peanut butter
03 - 1/3 cup honey or maple syrup
04 - 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
05 - 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
06 - Pinch of salt

→ Homemade Gummies

07 - 1 cup 100% fruit juice (apple, berry, or orange recommended)
08 - 2 tablespoons unflavored gelatin
09 - 2 to 3 tablespoons honey or agave syrup

→ Mash-Up Toppings

10 - 1 cup freeze-dried fruit, such as strawberries or raspberries, lightly crushed
11 - 1 cup freeze-dried candy, such as Skittles or marshmallows, crushed or chopped

# Directions:

01 - Line an 8x8-inch baking pan with parchment paper, ensuring the paper extends up the sides for easy removal.
02 - Combine rolled oats, almond butter, honey, melted butter, vanilla extract, and salt in a large mixing bowl. Stir until evenly incorporated. Press the mixture firmly into the prepared pan and refrigerate while preparing the gummies.
03 - Pour fruit juice into a small saucepan. Sprinkle unflavored gelatin over the juice and allow to bloom for 5 minutes. Gently heat on low, stirring constantly until the gelatin is fully dissolved. Stir in honey, then pour the mixture into a parchment-lined small baking dish. Refrigerate for 45 to 60 minutes, allowing the gummies to set completely.
04 - Once the gummies are set, remove from the refrigerator and cut into small cubes with a sharp knife.
05 - Retrieve the oat base from refrigeration. Distribute gummy cubes, freeze-dried fruits, and freeze-dried candy evenly across the surface and press them gently into the base.
06 - Place the entire pan back into the refrigerator and chill for an additional 10 to 15 minutes to secure all toppings and ensure structural integrity.
07 - Lift the snack from the pan using the parchment overhang. Transfer to a cutting board and slice into 12 bars using a clean, sharp knife.
