# Directions:
01 - Combine chicken broth and sliced ginger in a medium pot. Bring to a rolling boil over medium-high heat.
02 - Introduce shredded chicken and chopped bok choy to the boiling broth. Reduce to a gentle simmer and cook for 2 minutes.
