01 - 1 lb chicken breast, cut into 1-inch cubes
02 - 1 bell pepper, cut into 1-inch pieces
03 - 1 medium onion, cut into 1-inch pieces
→ Marinade & Glaze
04 - 2 tablespoons teriyaki sauce (use gluten-free option if required)
→ Optional Seasonings
05 - Salt and pepper, to taste
06 - 1 tablespoon olive oil, for grilling or baking
# Directions:
01 - Preheat grill to medium-high heat or set oven to broil setting.
02 - If using wooden skewers, submerge in water for 15 minutes to minimize charring.
03 - Thread chicken, bell pepper, and onion alternately onto prepared skewers.
04 - Brush skewers thoroughly with teriyaki sauce and season with salt and pepper as desired.
05 - Place skewers on hot grill or on a lined baking tray if broiling.
06 - Grill or broil for 12–15 minutes, turning once midway, until chicken is fully cooked and edges are lightly charred.
07 - Brush with extra teriyaki sauce during last few minutes of cooking for enhanced flavor.
