# Directions:
01 - Set oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - In a large bowl, mash bananas until smooth, then stir in coconut oil.
03 - Add rolled oats, cinnamon if using, and salt to the bowl; mix thoroughly until combined.
04 - Fold semi-sweet chocolate chips into the dough evenly.
05 - Scoop heaping tablespoons of dough onto prepared sheet and flatten slightly with the back of a spoon.
06 - Bake for 12 to 15 minutes until cookies are set and edges are lightly golden.
07 - Allow cookies to cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
