03 - 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
04 - 1/4 teaspoon ground cardamom
05 - Pinch of ground ginger

07 - 1 tablespoon honey (or maple syrup for vegan)
# Directions:
01 - Add water, black tea bag, cinnamon, cardamom, and ginger to a small saucepan.
02 - Bring the mixture to a gentle simmer over medium heat and let it infuse for 5 minutes.
03 - Remove and discard the tea bag using a spoon.
04 - Stir in milk and honey. Heat gently, whisking until hot and slightly frothy without boiling.
