  • Vegetables & Greens: 1 cup baby carrots, 1 cup mini cucumbers, sliced, 1 cup sugar snap peas, ½ cup radishes, sliced, 1 cup edible flowers (e.g., pansies, violets, nasturtiums), 2 cups mixed baby greens (e.g., arugula, spinach)
  • Nuts & Seeds: ½ cup toasted walnuts, ½ cup roasted almonds, ¼ cup pumpkin seeds
  • Crackers & Bread: 1 baguette, sliced, 1 cup assorted crackers
