Easy Homemade Fruit Leather (Print Version)

Strawberry mango fruit leather—blend, bake, and roll for a naturally sweet, healthy homemade snack.

# Components:

01 - 1 cup strawberries, hulled
02 - 1 cup ripe mango, diced

→ Sweetener (optional)

03 - 1 to 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup

# Directions:

01 - Set oven or dehydrator to 170 °F (75 °C) and allow to fully preheat.
02 - Combine strawberries, mango, and sweetener in a blender. Process until the mixture is completely smooth.
03 - Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Pour the fruit puree onto the paper and spread into an even, thin layer approximately 1/8 inch thick using a spatula.
04 - Place baking sheet in oven or dehydrator. Dry for 3 to 4 hours, checking periodically, until surface is dry yet pliable without becoming brittle.
05 - Remove sheet from appliance and allow fruit leather to cool completely.
06 - Carefully peel fruit leather from parchment. Cut into strips using scissors or a sharp knife, and roll up.
