# Components:

01 - 7 oz Brie cheese, rind trimmed, cut into 24 cubes

→ Pastry

02 - 1 sheet frozen puff pastry (9 oz), thawed

→ Sauce

03 - 1/2 cup cranberry sauce (homemade or store-bought)

→ Garnish

04 - 2 tbsp chopped pecans or walnuts (optional)
05 - 1 tbsp fresh rosemary, finely chopped (optional)

# Directions:

01 - Preheat oven to 400°F. Prepare a 24-cup mini muffin tin with nonstick spray or parchment liners.
02 - Roll out thawed puff pastry on a lightly floured surface into a 12 x 12 inch square.
03 - Cut the pastry into 24 equal squares.
04 - Gently press each square into a muffin cup to form a shell.
05 - Place one cube of Brie cheese into each pastry shell.
06 - Spoon approximately 1/2 teaspoon of cranberry sauce over the Brie in each shell.
07 - Optionally sprinkle with chopped nuts and rosemary.
08 - Bake for 13 to 15 minutes, until the pastry is golden and the cheese is bubbling.
09 - Allow to cool slightly before serving warm.
