# Directions:
01 - Wash all citrus fruits thoroughly under cold water.
02 - Using a sharp knife, cut each fruit into thin, even slices approximately 1/8 inch thick and remove any seeds.
03 - Lightly dip some slices in granulated sugar for a sparkling effect, if desired.
04 - Place citrus slices on a plate or tray and keep refrigerated until ready to use.
05 - Add one or two citrus slices to the rim or surface of mocktails, optionally combining with fresh mint leaves for decoration.
