What is the best chocolate for coating?

White chocolate or candy melts are ideal for coating and decorating, but milk or dark chocolate can be used for variation.

How long should I chill the truffles before dipping?

Freeze the formed balls for 30 minutes to firm up before dipping to ensure the coating adheres well.
