01 - Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - Open the biscuit dough and separate into 8 biscuits. Split each biscuit horizontally to create 16 rounds.
03 - On each biscuit round, place half a slice of ham, half a slice of cheese, and one dill pickle chip. Fold the ham and cheese so there are no overhanging edges.
04 - Bring the edges of the dough around the filling and pinch to seal completely, forming a ball.
05 - Insert a lollipop stick or sturdy skewer into the seam side of each biscuit ball and twist gently to secure.
06 - Place the biscuit pops seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
07 - Brush the tops with melted butter, then sprinkle with garlic powder and dried parsley.
08 - Bake in the oven for 13 to 15 minutes, until puffed and golden brown.
09 - Allow pops to cool briefly before serving warm.
