06 - 0.5 cup thinly sliced celery
07 - 0.25 cup thinly sliced red onion

08 - 4 large flour tortillas (10-inch; gluten-free optional)
09 - 0.5 cup ranch dressing
10 - 1 cup shredded mozzarella or cheddar cheese
11 - Olive oil spray
# Directions:
01 - Combine shredded turkey, buffalo wing sauce, and melted butter in a bowl; mix until evenly coated.
02 - Lay tortillas flat and spread 2 tablespoons of ranch dressing evenly on each.
03 - Distribute lettuce, carrot, celery, and red onion evenly over the ranch dressing on each tortilla.
04 - Top the vegetables with the buffalo turkey mixture and sprinkle shredded cheese over each wrap.
05 - Fold in the tortilla sides and roll tightly to enclose the filling completely.
06 - Lightly coat the outside of each wrap with olive oil spray.
07 - Set the air fryer to 375°F and preheat for 2 minutes.
08 - Place wraps seam-side down in the air fryer basket. Cook for 6 to 8 minutes, flipping once halfway, until golden brown and crisp.
09 - Allow wraps to cool for 2 minutes, slice in half, and serve immediately.
