# Components:
→ Bread
01 - 4 slices sourdough or brioche bread
→ Cheese & Filling
02 - 120 grams Brie cheese, sliced
03 - 1 small crisp apple (e.g., Granny Smith), thinly sliced
04 - 2 tablespoons honey

# Directions:
01 - Preheat a large skillet or griddle over medium heat.

04 - Top with remaining bread slices, buttered side up, pressing gently to seal.
05 - Grill sandwiches for 3 to 4 minutes per side until bread is golden and cheese melts, pressing gently with a spatula to seal.
06 - Trim sandwich edges into clean rectangles, stand each upright, then garnish with a roasted red pepper strip as the flame and a chive stem as the wick to mimic a candle.
07 - Serve immediately while warm and enjoy.
