01 - 1/2 cup uncooked quinoa
02 - 1 cup water

→ Dairy

03 - 1 cup plain Greek yogurt

→ Fruits

04 - 1/2 cup mixed berries
05 - 1 small banana, sliced

06 - 2 tablespoons chopped almonds
07 - 1 tablespoon chia seeds

→ Sweetener

08 - 2 teaspoons honey or maple syrup

10 - Fresh mint leaves

# Directions:

01 - Thoroughly rinse the quinoa under cold running water using a fine-mesh strainer.

Remove from heat and allow it to rest, covered, for 5 minutes. Fluff with a fork.
03 - Divide the cooked quinoa evenly between two serving bowls.
04 - Top each bowl of quinoa with half of the Greek yogurt, arranging it neatly.
05 - Arrange the mixed berries and sliced banana on top of the yogurt in each bowl.
06 - Sprinkle the chopped almonds, chia seeds, and ground cinnamon over each assembled bowl.
07 - Drizzle with honey or maple syrup if desired for added sweetness.
08 - Garnish with fresh mint leaves just before serving.
