# Components:
→ Turkey & Marinade
01 - 1.1 lbs turkey breast, thinly sliced
02 - 1 tbsp soy sauce (gluten-free if needed)
03 - 1 tsp cornstarch
04 - 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
→ Vegetables
05 - 10 oz green beans, trimmed and cut into 2-inch pieces
06 - 1 small red bell pepper, sliced
07 - 2 spring onions, sliced
→ Garlic-Butter Sauce
08 - 3 tbsp unsalted butter
09 - 4 garlic cloves, finely minced
10 - 1 tbsp fresh ginger, minced
11 - 1 tbsp lemon juice
12 - 1 tsp honey or maple syrup
13 - 1/2 tsp salt, or to taste
→ Garnish
14 - 1 tbsp sesame seeds
15 - Fresh parsley or cilantro, chopped
# Directions:
01 - Combine turkey slices with soy sauce, cornstarch, and black pepper in a bowl. Mix thoroughly and allow to marinate while preparing the vegetables.
02 - Bring a medium pot of salted water to a rolling boil. Add the green beans and blanch for 2 minutes. Immediately drain and rinse under cold water to maintain crispness.
03 - Heat 1 tablespoon of butter in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add the marinated turkey and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until evenly browned and cooked through. Remove the turkey from the pan and set aside.
04 - Add the remaining butter to the same skillet. Sauté minced garlic (and ginger, if using) over medium heat for 30 seconds until fragrant.
05 - Introduce the blanched green beans and sliced red bell pepper to the skillet. Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
06 - Return the seared turkey to the skillet. Drizzle with lemon juice and honey. Toss all ingredients to ensure they are well coated and heat through for 1 minute. Season with salt to your preference.
07 - Remove the skillet from the heat. Sprinkle with sliced spring onions, sesame seeds, and fresh herbs as desired. Serve immediately.
