04 - 1 1/2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
05 - Pinch of salt
# Directions:
01 - Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C) and allow to heat for 3 minutes.
02 - In a small bowl, stir together granulated sugar, ground cinnamon, and a pinch of salt until well blended.
03 - Brush both sides of each flour tortilla evenly with melted unsalted butter.
04 - Stack the buttered tortillas and slice each into 6 wedge-shaped chips, yielding 36 pieces.
05 - Sprinkle the cinnamon sugar mixture generously onto both sides of each tortilla wedge.
06 - Place the coated wedges in a single layer inside the air fryer basket. Work in batches if necessary.
07 - Cook for 5 to 7 minutes, flipping halfway through, until chips are golden brown and crisp.
08 - Remove chips and transfer to a wire rack to cool slightly. Serve warm or at room temperature.
