# Expert Advice:

01 -
  • It tastes like dessert but happens to be packed with protein and whole grains
  • The batter comes together in a blender in literally two minutes
  • You can make it Sunday and eat it all week without any sacrifice in texture
02 -
  • The center will look slightly underbaked when you pull it out but it continues cooking as it cools
  • Frozen blueberries work just as well as fresh and sometimes create better jam pockets
  • These reheat beautifully so make double and thank yourself later
03 -
  • Use a high-speed blender if you have one for the smoothest batter texture
  • Let the batter sit for 5 minutes before baking to let the oats hydrate more fully
  • Check at 23 minutes since ovens vary and nobody likes dry baked oats
