01 - 1 small French baguette or 1/2 loaf Italian bread
02 - 1/4 cup unsalted butter, softened
03 - 2 cloves garlic, minced
04 - 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley or 1 teaspoon dried parsley
05 - 1/4 teaspoon salt
06 - 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
# Directions:
01 - Slice the bread in half lengthwise, then cut into 4- to 6-inch pieces sized to fit your air fryer basket.
02 - In a small mixing bowl, thoroughly combine softened butter, minced garlic, parsley, and salt. Mix in Parmesan if using.
03 - Spread the garlic butter mixture generously across the cut sides of each bread piece.
04 - Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C) for 2 to 3 minutes.
05 - Place prepared bread buttered-side up in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook for 4 to 6 minutes or until the edges turn golden brown and butter is bubbly.
06 - Serve hot. Garnish with additional parsley or extra grated cheese if desired.
