07 - Pinch of salt

08 - 2 tablespoons melted butter, for brushing
09 - 2 tablespoons cinnamon sugar, optional for coating
10 - Maple syrup, for serving
# Directions:
01 - Slice each piece of bread lengthwise into four even sticks using a sharp knife.
02 - In a shallow bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, granulated sugar, vanilla extract, ground cinnamon, and a pinch of salt until well blended.
03 - Quickly dip each bread stick in the custard mixture, ensuring all sides are coated without oversoaking.
04 - Preheat the air fryer to 375°F for 3 minutes and lightly grease the basket with non-stick spray or a brush of oil.
05 - Place the coated bread sticks in a single layer in the air fryer basket, working in batches as necessary. Air fry for 7 to 8 minutes at 375°F, flipping halfway through, until golden and crisp.
06 - Brush warm sticks lightly with melted butter and, if desired, toss in cinnamon sugar. Serve immediately with maple syrup.
